Powell,  John Conway, and Kristen Vogel
Blabey
all met at Benchmark Eatery. We were
joined by many wonderful current and former
teachers including Peter “Ace” Angeloff, Paul
Chiment, Dave Morris, Dana White, Trish
McHale, and Arthur Merovick. During the
planning, it was great to hear from so many
classmates including Nathan Welton, Siri
Harrison, Claudia Fuentes, Ryan Morris,
Mike Skrzynski, Jeremy Manalis, Summers
Case, Sol Poyorow, Linnea Hanson Haddock,
Jessie Powell, Yasmine Mohseni Zodeh,
 and
Sean Copeland.  It was wonderful to catch up
and hear everything that people had been doing,
where they were living, and to share many fun
stories and memories of our time at Laguna.”

SEAN COPELAND shares, “Things are pretty
nice on the Copeland household front. I am
currently residing in Goleta, CA and I'm loving
life. I have two wonderful little girls-Chloe (7)
and Sophia (9). I graduated from West Point
with a computer science degree and left the
military as a captain in 2004. I did various jobs
in sales and management and moved around
the country before finally coming back to Santa
Barbara in 2011. I was able to be a stay-at-home
dad for almost six years, which was awesome.
Currently, I am the operations manager at a
local non-profit called Direct Relief. Life is
good here in Santa Barbara and I hope life is
good for all of you out there in the wild and
crazy world.”
